Having successfully graduated with a diploma in modern languages, economics and cultural studies at the University of Passau in 1997, Markus Steinbeisser acquired early IT experience as an EDI consultant beginning his career with Profile Software GmbH.

Shortly afterwards he moved to Siemens Business Services (SBS) where he worked as an SAP consultant specializing in Customer Service. Having been employed for one and a half years heading a team in a one-year roll out project in Milan, he became a shareholder of init consulting AG which he helped build up.

In 2002 he founded the Westhouse Consulting GmbH together with Bernhard Plecher. Beside his function of managing director he was involved up until 2006 in numerous international projects for clients such as Swissair Technics, Philips Medical Systems, Siemens, Fiat, Ericsson and others.

After the successful completion of his internationally oriented studies at the University of Passau Bernhard Plecher launched his career at Siemens Business Services as an SAP junior consultant specializing in customer service and plant maintenance processes.

Within three years he gained international project experience at locations such as Paris and Buenos Aires and was promoted to an SAP senior consultant and project manager. As early as at the age of 29 he was in charge of an SAP roll out project team with what was then Siemens ICN in Prague.

After working as a business development manager with Siemens in Munich he continued his career as a self-employed SAP consultant for companies such as Accenture, Honeywell, Philips Medical Systems and Air Liquide at international project locations such as Hong Kong, London, Mexico City and Paris. It was in this period that he founded today’s Westhouse Consulting GmbH together with Markus Steinbeisser.

Today Bernhard Plecher devotes himself to extending Westhouse’s business operations in Munich and Zurich.

Marcel Groß obtained his BA in international marketing and business economics at Guildhall University in London (UK).

After graduating he started his career in a junior position as an SAP ERP recruitment consultant at the London based Universe Technology, an internationally operating SAP ERP recruitment agency. In spite of recessive market conditions he succeeded in gaining some important customers, among others IBM Business Consulting, Infineum, RWE and SAP Systems Integration. Within a short while he ranked among the top performers of his then employer.

In early 2003 Marcel Groß joined Westhouse Consulting as a key account manager and partner. He first focused on building up the firm in Munich. Since May 2006 he has been in charge of building up the Westhouse Schweiz AG based in Regensdorf near Zurich (CH).

Patrick Müller obtained a diploma in computer science after successfully studying at the University of Coventry (UK) and the University of applied sciences in Konstanz (D). It was already during his university studies that he acquired project experience with reputed companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Logica and Siemens Dematic.

Since 2003 he has been a key account manager with Westhouse Consulting in Munich. Deloitte and IDS Scheer are, among others, two major clients he is in charge of. In addition, as a partner in the Westhouse Consulting GmbH, he is entrusted with building up the sales team at the location in Munich.

After studying industrial engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe (D), Horst Niederberger worked for 15 years in various sales management positions in the IT sector.

From 1993 up to 2000 he was in charge of the sales management of EDI solutions and various application solutions for Bavaria and Austria at Atos Deutschland GmbH. Furthermore he built up the Atos office in Munich and directly reported to the board in Paris in his function of global key account manager for BMW.

Subsequently, as account manager at Siebel Deutschland he was in charge of DaimlerChrysler and Porsche. After working as SAP sales manager at DIDAS AG in Munich he changed to SHS VIVEON where he was responsible for risk management solutions as well as DHW solutions dealing with customers such as BMW and Scania.

Since 2007 Horst Niederberger has been managing director of the Westhouse Technologies GmbH.

After her studies in economy and business administration in Pesaro (Italy), Lorella Pedinotti did advanced studies in marketing in Pesaro and at the University of Cardiff (UK). Subsequently, she worked as an office manager at Apra Computer System Srl.

She gained international experience as a marketing assistant at Hoover in Cardiff (UK) and as a sales manager at Cetasa in Madrid (Spain).

Since 2003 Lorella Pedinotti has been working as a key account manager for Westhouse Consulting GmbH. Beside her function as team leader for IT recruitment she is developing the firm’s competence for the staffing of international SAP roll outs.

Since January 2009 Lorella Pedinotti has been managing director and partner of Westhouse Italia SRL and focuses on building up the location in Milan.

After his university studies Guido Sieber started his career at Siemens Business Services where he worked in roll out projects for SAP Templates and solutions. He was a consultant for SAP logistics (SD/MM), heading various teams and projects in Europe and Asia.

Subsequently, he changed to the headquarters of Siemens Building Technologies in Zug (Switzerland) where he was in charge of IT support for South America and Asia.

Later he took over numerous functions within the central IT organisation of Siemens AG concerning governance for the ERP systems in Siemens’s worldwide markets.

Since February 2009 Guido Sieber has been managing director for the Westhouse Consulting GmbH in charge of topics such as compliance, international roll outs and business development.
